Beach Rules

  1. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
  2. No littering.
  3. Anyone with pets on the beach must clean up after their pets.
  4. Please keep loud noises to a minimum in consideration for your neighbors.
  5. Alcohol is permitted so long as it is used responsibly.
  6. Fires are permitted on the beach but must be attended to at all times.
  7. No motorized vehicles or trailers on the beach without the express written consent of the legal owner of the beach.
  8. No boats or personal property may be left overnight on the beach.
  9. Firearms and hunting are strictly prohibited.
  10. Only residents of the Willows and their guests and Board members of the Willows Foundation and their guests may use the private road and the beach west of the mean high tide line. If the resident cannot be with his/her guest, the guest must be in possession of the resident’s wristband.
  11. A “guest” is defined as a friend or relative of the resident.
  12. The use of the Willows Citizens Association (WCA) tables, porta-johns, and grills is restricted to the WCA members whom have paid their yearly dues.
  13. The WCA has exclusive use of all the tables and grills for community functions.
  14. No large parties on Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and during other WCA scheduled events.
  15. If planning a large party on the beach, please notify the WCA at
    willowscitizensassoc@gmail.com to schedule the event.
  16. You must remove your trash from the beach area.
  17. All fossil hunters, as identified by having gear such as waders, sifters, scoops, shovels, etc., must be escorted by a resident at all times on the beach.
  18. No resident may provide access to the beach to anyone in exchange for something of value.
